The Center, Hong Kong, continuously awarded with an “Excellent” class in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ). AET’s Under Floor Air Conditioning (UFAC) System and scheduled maintenance arrangement take an imperative role to contribute to proper ventilation.
Mechanism of UFAC system: Conditioned air is simultaneously supplied and returned back to floor level by having a zonal mixing system with downflow (CAM) unit. Compared to the offices with a ceiling-typed conventional air conditioner, UFAC system increases the air flow rate, which filters the undesirable contaminants from working areas, ensures the continuously constant circulation of freshly cleaned air and eventually improve the indoor air quality.
