Thanks for our prestigious customer and professional to participate our conference, which was held on May 14, 2014 at Shanghai Science Hall.
We were honored to have our Managing Director Mr. Glan Blake Thomas, Managing Director of IDA Mr. Winston Shu, Project Director of Beijing Parkview Mr. Lawrence Fung and Professor Fan of Tongji University to share their experience achieving sustainability in one of our signature project – Parkview Green, which has been awarded a LEED Platinum and nearly 10 awards around the world. It comprises of 4 buildings that include shopping mall, commercial office and a luxury hotel.
The building was designed to minimize the amount of air conditioning required. AET Underfloor Air Conditioning System with chilled ceiling system. This hybrid approach offers up to 60% energy savings in the summer, compared to a conventional office air conditioning system.
