We are happy to inform you that AET Flexible Space office in The Center relocated to Sha Tin Industrial Centre . The address is: Unit 606, 6/F Block A, Shatin Industrial Centre, 5-7 Yuen Shun Circuit, Shatin, Hong Kong. Our telephone number and fax number are all remain unchanged.
Sha Tin Industrial Centre is an existing building. We refurbished it by applying Flexible Space System concept with Underfloor Air Conditioning System, Nesite Raised Floor System, Cable Management System and Demountable Partition. Raised Floor System allows the underfloor activities, including ventilation, cable management, etc. CAM-C DX of the Underfloor Air Conditioning system is applied, which the conditioned air from CAM-C DX downflow unit enters our working space via the fantile units; at the same time, air will be returned in Underfloor. For the electrical wiring, Electropatent Cable Management System is adopted in the accessible space between the panels and the raised floors which creates easy access and flexibility. Demountable Partition System is used for the office rooms division, which the re-configuration cost is highly reduced. With Flexible Space System, space underneath the access floor can be utilized effectively, which eliminates the need for ceiling based services and associated duct and pipework; at the same time, an excellent air quality creates a healthy working condition.
