AET Flexible Space, the world leader in Under Floor Air Conditioning System, proudly announces that the office area of Nina Tower (15/F to 38/F) awards with an “Excellent” class of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in 2018. The IAQ test was conducted on November and December of 2018. We would like to highlight that the concentration of carbon dioxide and respirable suspended particulates (PM10) were achieved within excellent range.
Floor level supply air, floor level return air (CAM-C ventilation system) is a considerable factor resulting in the “Excellent” class achievement. By applying the zonal mixing system with downflow units (CAM-C), the conditioned air is simultaneously supplied and returned back within the underfloor level. Compared to the office buildings that adopting the a ceiling-typed conventional air conditioning, UFAC system is able to facilitate the air flow rate, which filters the undesirable particles from working areas, ensures the continuously constant circulation of freshly cleaned air and eventually enhances the indoor air quality. At the same time, the easy and regular maintenance work schedule ensures the normal operation air conditioning and provide a healthy workplace for tenants.
